Verification

To keep the marketplace safe, every landlord is verified before their listing goes live. Upload a recent utility bill, business rates bill, lease agreement, or Land Registry title that shows your name and the property address. Documents are stored privately and only reviewed by the Space-D Out admin team.

Payouts

Enter your Stripe Connect Account ID so we can pay you out directly when a booking is paid. During the pilot Space-D Out takes £0 — 100% of each booking goes straight to you. Don't have a Stripe Connect account yet? Leave blank and we'll help you set it up before your first booking.
